Along with the paper manuscript, Authors must submit a license-to-publish agreement available HERE.

Please fill in the fields: Proposed Title of the Contribution, Author(s) Full Name(s), and Corresponding Author Name.

This agreement MUST BE SIGNED BY HAND. No digital signatures are allowed.

Notes

• The corresponding author, who should match the corresponding author marked on the paper, must have the full right, power, and authority to sign the agreement on behalf of all of the authors and accepts responsibility for releasing this material on their behalf.
• The corresponding author cannot be changed once the paper and the license-to-publish form have been sent to us.
• We stress that the authors should obtain permission from the previous publisher for any material they want to reuse.
